Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in South Ogden.
- Our office is open M-F 9 to 5.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Recruiter.
- I am a proud graduate of Weber State University.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 32 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
